WHY MULTIFAMILY?

Multifamily remains one of the most resilient commercial real estate asset types during all phases of the economic and real estate cycle. Mortgage lender Fannie Mae experienced only a 1% default rate on its multifamily assets during the 2008 recession.

WHY B & C FOCUSED STRATEGY?

Most of Class B & C product is created through the aging of former Class A, which by nature limits supply growth.

WE DISTRIBUTE

Passive investors receive regular distributions based on their ownership in the property from rental profits. They also receive regular updates. Upon completing our business plan, the property is sold, and investors receive their initial investment plus profits.
