PRINCIPAL
Jason Munson
Jason is the Principal at Krog Street Partners. He is responsible for operational matters and leads all capital projects and asset management related activities.
Jason has previously served as a Principal for New Life Development Group where he developed, managed, and subsequently successfully disposed off 1,300 multifamily units in multiple projects.
Previously, Jason also served as a senior member of SitusAMC where he was responsible for managing a publicly traded $5 billion mortgage REIT portfolio, of large balance bridge loans on multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and mixed-use assets. Prior to that, Jason held senior and executive roles working for institutional real estate firms such as CBRE, Trimont Real Estate Advisors, and Birdsey Group, focusing on a broad range of activities including asset managing, investment underwriting, acquisition/development due diligence and advisory, loan servicing, and debt and equity recapitalizations.
Jason received a Bachelors degree from University of Georgia, and to date has more than 25 years of diverse real estate experience. Jason has held licenses and certifications as a general contractor, mortgage originator, homebuilder, and real estate broker.
PRINCIPAL
Mohi Monem
Mohi is the Principal at Krog Street Partners. He is responsible for and leads all operations, capital markets and investment related activities.

Previously, Mohi served as a Managing Partner at Arcis Real Estate Capital, a real estate investment firm where he sourced, executed and managed capital investing in real estate with a market capitalization of $350 million.
Mohi has previously been a real estate executive at Oman Investment Authority (sovereign wealth fund of Oman) where he executed on over $1 billion of investments in North America and Europe, as part of the fund’s multi-billion dollar global real estate portfolio. Prior to that, Mohi served as a Vice President at New York and Middle East-based Dubai Investment Group, where he managed and was responsible for $7 billion in global real estate, including a large and diverse US portfolio. During his career, Mohi has also worked in development, investments, strategy, and consulting roles at firms including Azimuth Global Partners, Marriott International, Four Seasons Hotels, and US Realty Consultants.
Mohi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He has also completed executive real estate programs from Cornell University and Les Roches ISHM Switzerland.
