JASON MUNSON
PRINCIPAL AT KROG STREET PARTNERS
Jason is the Principal at Krog Street Partners. He is responsible for operational matters and leads all capital projects and asset management related activities.
Jason has previously served as a Principal for New Life Development Group where he developed, managed, and subsequently successfully disposed off 1,300 multifamily units in multiple projects.
​Jason received a Bachelors degree from University of Georgia, and to date has more than 25 years of diverse real estate experience. Jason has held licenses and certifications as a general contractor, mortgage originator, homebuilder, and real estate broker.
MOHI MONEM
PRINCIPAL AT KROG STREET PARTNERS
Mohi is the Principal at Krog Street Partners. He is responsible for and leads all operations, capital markets and investment related activities.
​Previously, Mohi served as a Managing Partner at Arcis Real Estate Capital, a real estate investment firm where he sourced, executed and managed capital investing in real estate with a market capitalization of $350 million.
Mohi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He has also completed executive real estate programs from Cornell University and Les Roches ISHM Switzerland.
